Water Table
The transition between foundation and wall is where water collects. Water table flashing sheds it away from the most vulnerable joint on your building.
What We Build
Water table flashing sits at the base of your wall where siding meets the foundation. It deflects rainwater, snowmelt, and splash-back away from the foundation-to-wall joint — the most common source of moisture intrusion in residential and commercial buildings.
We fabricate water table trim with proper slope, kick-out, and drip edge to push water outward. Custom widths to accommodate any wall assembly thickness, from 2x4 framing to thick foam-over-sheathing systems.
Z-profile base flashing with sloped top and drip leg. Color-matched to your siding or left as Galvalume.
Visual and functional transition piece between stone/concrete foundation and metal siding above.
Combined water table and panel starter strip. Supports the first course of siding while managing water.
Materials
Every piece of trim we fabricate is available in any standard color from Metal Sales Manufacturing and AEP Span — 30+ colors between the two lines. We also work with Galvalume, bare steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel from Pacific Steel & Recycling.
Standard gauges: 24, 26, and 29 gauge for painted steel. Heavier gauges available for structural and specialty applications. All trim is brake-formed in our Reno shop on the same equipment we use for roofing panels, kitchen hoods, and architectural metalwork — so tolerances are tight and finishes are clean.
