What We Build

W-Valley & Open Valley Flashing

Roof valleys handle more water per square foot than any other part of your roof. In Northern Nevada's heavy snow country, spring melt sends enormous volumes of water through valleys at high speed. A flat valley flashing allows cross-wash — water from the steeper plane overshoots and gets under the shingles or panels on the opposite side.

The W-valley solves this with a raised center rib that acts as a divider, keeping water channeled on its own side. We fabricate W-valleys to match your roof pitch, valley width, and color. Available in painted steel, Galvalume, copper, and aluminum.

Materials

Colors & Materials

Every piece of trim we fabricate is available in any standard color from Metal Sales Manufacturing and AEP Span — 30+ colors between the two lines. We also work with Galvalume, bare steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel from Pacific Steel & Recycling.

Standard gauges: 24, 26, and 29 gauge for painted steel. Heavier gauges available for structural and specialty applications. All trim is brake-formed in our Reno shop on the same equipment we use for roofing panels, kitchen hoods, and architectural metalwork — so tolerances are tight and finishes are clean.
