Plasma Cutting Services

CNC plasma cutting for steel, stainless, and aluminum — from intricate custom shapes and signage to brackets, gussets, and production parts. We cut from your DXF file or build the file from your sketch.

What We Cut

Our CNC plasma table cuts steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate with accuracy and speed. Whether you need decorative cut shapes, structural brackets, custom flanges, or production parts, we can cut it. Send us a DXF file and we'll get you a quote — or bring in a sketch or photo and we'll build the file for you. We handle everything from single one-off pieces to repeat production runs.

How It Works

Start by sending us your DXF file, a sketch, or a photo of what you need. We'll confirm the material, thickness, and quantity, then provide a quote. For new designs, we build or refine the cut file ourselves. Once approved, we program the plasma table and cut your parts. Cut edges are deburred and can be ground smooth if needed. Most standard parts are ready in a few days — larger orders take 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity and material availability.

What We Can Cut

Our plasma table cuts mild steel (A36), stainless steel (304 and 316), and aluminum across a wide range of thicknesses — from 16 gauge sheet metal up to 1" plate. Mild steel is ideal for structural parts, brackets, and decorative work. Stainless is the right call for exterior applications, food-prep environments, or anywhere corrosion resistance matters. Aluminum cuts clean at light weights and is great for panels and architectural pieces. Not sure what thickness or grade you need? We'll walk you through it.

Need Raw Material Too?

As an authorized Metal Sales Manufacturing distributor, we stock pre-painted flat sheets and coil in 24, 26, and 29 gauge steel — available in 16+ standard colors with Galvalume, PVDF, and Colorfast45 finishes. If you need material for your own shop in addition to plasma-cut parts, we can supply both from one order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file format do you need?

DXF is ideal and works directly with our plasma table software. We also accept DWG and can work from PDFs, photos, or hand sketches — we'll convert whatever you have into a cut-ready file. If you have an existing part you want duplicated, bring it in and we'll measure it.

What thicknesses can you cut?

We cut from 16 gauge sheet metal up to 1" plate in mild steel. For stainless and aluminum the range is similar but varies by alloy. If you're working with unusually thick material, reach out and we'll confirm capability before you commit.

What tolerances can you hold?

Plasma cutting is accurate to ±0.030" to ±0.060" depending on material and thickness. For tighter tolerances or very fine detail, laser cutting may be a better fit — we offer that service as well.

Do you do finishing on cut parts?

Yes. Cut edges are deburred as standard. We can also grind edges smooth, add weld prep bevels, or do secondary operations like bending, welding, or drilling as part of a larger fabrication order.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. We cut single pieces all the time. Pricing is based on material, cut time, and complexity — not a minimum spend. Repeat orders and production runs get more efficient once the file is dialed in.
